Exercising…
Doctor says I should lose some kilos otherwise the problems with my back won’t ever finish.
Besides that, stacked on a chair at office for so many hours is killing me.
But what they don’t say is when. There is no time even to breath,
from 6am to 11pm running around like crazy.
Running a house with 2 kids at a “difficult” age and working many hours practically means no real time for me.
Barely can find an hour for my hairdresser.
My Thai friend told me that I should walk daily 10.000 steps.
Thought it would be easy, so decided against all troubles this will bring me as I have to steal time from something else, perhaps from the care I should give to my kids or to my house… to go for it.
of course but the most I can,
sometimes just 3 times a week, sometimes 5 times a week, sometimes not at all- depending from the weather.
If weather is good every morning at 7am – I put on the snickers and go out walking around in the streets of my neighborhood or in the stadium that is close to my house.
It’s nice in the morning, is like psychotherapy, listening to music and walking. So in the morning I do minimum 5.000 steps. In the afternoons if I have some free time I do it again.
I like it, I like it a lot and besides health issues noticed that my body is at better shape!!
Adding to that the new snickers I bought last June in NY “shape up” it is obvious that if I continue doing that there would be admirable change in my body.
This is helping my mood a lot!!
